These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilibbq platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available to registered players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

jilibbq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Restriction: 21+ Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jilibbq. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilibbq is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibbq login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilibbq will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your jilibbq account, you must notify our support team immediately. jilibbq will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
jilibbq operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
jilibbq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibbq does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jilibbq cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and bonus wagering requirement completion where applicable. jilibbq aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. jilibbq is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
jilibbq complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. jilibbq reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilibbq are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
jilibbq reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value.
jilibbq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
All jilibbq slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles in the game information panel.
Live dealer games on jilibbq are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under continuous camera surveillance. Game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, jilibbq will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's rules, which are available in the game lobby.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, jilibbq reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jilibbq is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jilibbq support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jilibbq's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server-side game logs, is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibbq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
Zero Tolerance: jilibbq operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Confirmed cases will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

jilibbq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibbq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jilibbq's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
jilibbq collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jilibbq, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilibbq complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

jilibbq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilibbq will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform operations that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, jilibbq will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
